THE ROLE

As part of our diverse team based in Parramatta, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

This will be a maximum term contract for 12 months based in the Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home once training is complete.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support our claims teams to “help people get their lives back
  • Contact providers and customers via phone for clarification and follow up of information in relation to reports, payment details, invoices, cheques, overpayments, recovery payments
  • Work effectively as a member of our team and actively demonstrate the EML values and culture on a consistent basis.
  • Collate documentation from our claim files for our internal or external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships within EML

ABOUT YOU

  • A positive attitude & eagerness to learn new software and/or knowledge of MS Office software (word, excel etc.)
  • You may have previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
  • A great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders and our customers
  • A Team player who likes to work collaboratively and can also work independently
  • High energy and eager to develop your skills and career
  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
